SHOPPING
By ordering goods from The Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
All prices are shown in Australian dollars and include GST unless otherwise indicated. Prices exclude delivery charges and any applicable customs duty or other taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Delivery
Charges for :
- Australian Customers in major suburban/satellite regions will be included at checkout.
- Australian Customers outside major suburban/satellite regions will receive an email quote with the total delivery amount once you have placed your order.
- International customers will depend on what is purchased and the country of delivery. You will receive an email quote with the total delivery amount once you have placed your order.
Note: If an emailed delivery quote is not accepted the order will be cancelled and any payment refunded.
Customers are able to arrange their own shipping if they prefer. Select the Pick Up option at check out.
To order goods from The Site you must be over 18 years of age.
When you place an order, you will receive email advice acknowledging receipt of your order.
ORDER PROCESSING
Following confirmation of payment for an order, every effort will be made to dispatch orders according to the following:
- within two working days for orders containing stock items only
- within five working days for orders containing personalised items
- orders containing items fulfilled by a third party will be supplied according to the selling terms of that party with information included in the product details of that item
Once dispatched Creare Pty Ltd will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from delivery delay or non-delivery of an order.
If an item is not available it will be placed on back order. You will be advised when any items are placed on backorder, and the anticipated availability of that item. You will be given the opportunity to purchase a similar item, or to cancel your order of that item. If you choose to cancel your order of that item a full refund will be made for that item.
If you order includes an item(s) placed on backorder, the above refund and cancellation provisions apply to the backordered item(s) only. That part of your order for which stock is available will be fulfilled.
All effort will be made to ensure information on The Site is accurate but, despite this, errors may sometimes occur. You will be contacted immediately any error is identified in the price, availability or description of an item you have ordered. You will be given the opportunity to purchase at the correct price/description, purchase a similar item if available, or to cancel your order for that item. If you choose to cancel your order for an item a full refund will be made for that item.
PAYMENT
Full payment of your order is required prior to dispatch of any goods. We accept payment:
- by Visa, MasterCard and American Express through PayPal
- from your PayPal account
- via Direct Bank Transfer
Cheques are not accepted
FORCE MAJEURE
We will not be responsible for any delay in supply or other obligations arising from any circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will make all effort to keep you informed in such circumstances. Where any delay extends beyond a reasonable time we might cancel your order and issue a credit note for the value of the order.
COMPLAINTS & FEEDBACK

Your purchase is protected by Australian Consumer Law. Creare Pty Ltd will meet all statutory requirements as detailed in our Refund Policy

These Terms and Conditions (including any other policies referenced) set out the entire agreement between you and Creare Pty Ltd and supersede all prior communications.
If any provision in these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable this invalidity or unenforceability will not affect the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. If any dispute arises between you and Creare Pty Ltd, any legal action will only be commenced in the courts of Victoria, Australia.
